Hotel Ring takes its gastronomy seriously and on a level worthy of a world racing circuit. The basis are products from quality domestic suppliers - local farms, organic growers, organic meat, cheese or vegetables. We build on the uniqueness of these products, where we can ensure the required quality, as well as prove the Slovak origin. Our chef Janák Szabolcs has extensive experience from top restaurants in the UK and at home in Slovakia. It also shows the professional selection and preparation of meat. All this gives our cuisine a unique character, great aroma and taste.

Hotel Ring offers its guests a buffet breakfast. Dinners for hotel guests are available at the nearby Ring Restaurant for this season.

There is a stylish restaurant with a capacity of 80 seats. During the summer, the restaurant also has a summer terrace with a capacity of 40 seats.

BREAKFAST

Our breakfast buffet tables offer wide range of hot meals, cold cuts, own homemade spreads, cereals, yoghurts, fresh fruits and vegetables, coffee and tea.

The restaurant is open for breakfast from 7:00 to 10:00, the price per person is 12 €, for overnight guests breakfast is included.

LUNCH

Offer of lunch in the form of a buffet menu in the Ring restaurant, different weekly menu, lunches are charged to the weight of the meal, the guest has the option of any combination of dishes.

DINNER

Dinner is served in the RING restaurant from 16:00 to 21:30 as an à la carte menu. The menu is compiled by our chef from fresh and seasonal ingredients from our proven suppliers in the region.

LOBBY BAR

The lobby bar next to the hotel reception is an ideal place to relax or meet business partners in an informal atmosphere. You can enjoy delicious coffee, tea or a cocktail. A tasting from our collection of spirits, cognacs and whiskey will definitely delight your taste buds . The lobby bar is open daily from 07:00 to 22:00.

OUR CHEF

Hotel Ring does not fall behind the trends of world gastronomy. Our chef Janák "Szabi" Szabolcs built his culinary art on the basis of local culture, products and recipes of our grandmothers. At the same time, it combines everything with modern methods.

In order for food to be tasty and healthy, it needs its elements: fresh ingredients, good cuisine and, last but not least, a chef who cooks with his head, heart and soul. For whom work is a hobby. Our chef Janák Szabolcs (aka "Szabi") is the embodiment of these qualities.

DEGUSTATION

Good food also includes a corresponding drink. Our guided tastings will take full care of that. You can choose from a traditional wine tasting of the best West Slovak wineries Kasnyik and Berta. For beer lovers, we have prepared a specialty in the form of a tasting of seven beers of the Heineken concern, and for connoisseurs, an unforgettable tasting of a selection of the best Caribbean rums awaits.
