HOW TO DRIVE A GO-KART CORRECTLY? WHEN TO BRAKE AND WHEN IT IS THE BEST TO ACCELERATE? WHAT IS THE APEX AND HOW TO DISCOVER IDEAL RACING LINES?
We will solve these and other questions together in our DRIVE ACADEMY.
The Academy is designed for INDIVIDUALS that wish to take one-to-one (private) sessions.
The Academy is intended for children, adolescents and adults:
- children (aged 7 to 13) - minimum height is 130cm
- adults (from 14 years)
There are two types of courses - START and NEXT.
In the START Academy, beginners will learn the basic rules of driving on a race track and learn individual riding skills, which our experienced and professional instructors will gladly help them to improve.
The more skilled ones will expand their experience in the NEXT Academy, during which they will constantly improve their driving technique and achieve more balanced performance.
During the courses, children will get to know the SODI LR5 - Honda GX200 kart (6k), while adults will be delighted with the SODI RT10 - Honda GX390 (13k).
DRIVE ACADEMY "START"
The course is intended for beginners with minimal experience and skills.
Introduction
Private course designed for individuals with our experienced and professional instructors, who will directly assess the level of each participant during the lesson in order to expand and advance his experience to a higher level.
- Total duration of the academy: 2 hours - 1 hour of theoretical part / 4 x 10 min rides with an instructor + theoretical part during breaks between rides

- The price also includes the rental of a protective helmet
- Shoes are mandatory (closed ones), we recommend wearing gloves and clothing that covers the entire body
About the Course
The START Academy consists of a theoretical and a practical part realized on the racing track.
After being welcomed by the instructor, the participant completes the theoretical part (1h), during which he is introduced to
- the basic rules of driving on a racing track
- the correct sitting position in the go-kart
- an ideal racing line
- crossings of different types of turns
- when and how to use the brake and when to accelerate properly
Practical part consits of
- warming up before rides
- the first 10-minute ride - a participant rides behind the instructor, thus gaining an ideal racing line experience along with the right cornering technique and learning to control a go-kart at higher speeds
- second and third 10-minute ride - a participant rides in front of the instructor, who checks the driving technique
- during the fourth 10-minute ride, a participant learns and automates all knowledge acquired
- Instructor provides feedback to a participant between rides, corrects riding mistakes and provides help to acquire correct habits

DRIVE ACADEMY "NEXT"
Only graduate drivers of the Drive Academy "START" are able to sign up for the Drive Academy "NEXT."

Private course designed for individuals. Our instructors adapt the course based on the level of each participant in order to improve his driving technique.
- Total duration of the academy: 1 hour / 3 x 10 min rides with an instructor + theoretical part during breaks between rides

About the Course
The NEXT Academy consists of a practical part realized on the race track and a theoretical part that takes place during the break between rides.
Practical part includes
- warming up before rides
- the first 10-minute ride - a participant rides behind the instructor with goal of perfecting the ideal racing line technique, mastering turns + their combinations, as well as braking points + defense and offense
- the second 10-minute ride - the instructor rides behind a participant and checks the correct riding technique
- the instructor provides feedback to a participant between rides and corrects riding mistakes
- during the third 10-minute ride, a participant uses the experience acquired and improves it
A graduate of the NEXT Academy will acquire the basics of SWS racing.
