A successful 14th AUTO SHOW 2023 with a couple of premieres

Orechová Potôň, 20.11.2023 - The victory of Štefan Rosina - Pavel Paickr driving Škoda Fabia R5 ended the last event of Slovak motorsport season.

In addition to the wonderful battles, the spectators of the 14th AUTO SHOW 2023 had the opportunity to watch the premiere of two rally cars specials that have never been driven in Slovakia.

First of all, it was Škoda Fabia RS Rally2 driven by the Polish crew Grzegorz Grzyb - Piotr Sielilo. After very close fights, they took the second place in the absolute ranking. The second vehicle that had a premiere on Slovak race tracks was Toyota Yaris GR. This car was even presented twice, in the hands of the crew Tibor Kovács – Viliam Pitoňák and Vladimír Hanuš Jr. - Denis Pavlík.

But let's go back to the absolute ranking. As we already know, Rosina – Paickr took the first place. The driver Štefan Rosina: "I am very pleased with the victory. I'm glad I decided to start at the last minute, after studying the speed test map. It was excellently built and it was interesting, technical and very safe."

The second place at the finish line belonged to the Poles Grzyb with Sielil: "We came here mainly to try out the new car and we are glad that we could show it to the Slovak fans for the first time. I personally like this competition very much, and the organizer did not disappoint again and built an excellent, safe race track."

The top three were completed by another pair of Poles, Tomasz Wróblewski and Pawel Tarapacki, driving a Škoda Fabia Rally2.

As part of the 14th AUTO SHOW 2023 event, the last round of the Minirally Cup series was also held, the winners of which were the crew Mutňanský - Španko with another Škoda Fabia R5.
