The basic idea of the SKC-SWS race format is to make the races more attractive for new drivers without losing appeal for current active drivers, by dividing drivers into performance classes. As part of this change, a new independent SKC-SWS race series is created, which will be evaluated separately within each performance class. These race series will be evaluated independently from the standard SWS points scoring, always at the end of the current season. The winners of the individual classes will receive attractive prizes from the portfolio of SLOVAKIA RING products.

We have summarized the most important information about the SWS Cup races at the Slovak Karting Center go-kart track for the 2026 season

Race Format

SKC-SWS drivers will be divided into three separate performance classes:

  • basic class “AM” (Amateur + Rookie)

  • middle class “PRO” (Pro + Semi-pro)

  • highest class “ELITE” (Elite + World class + Legendary)

Each driver is assigned a current SWS performance class (see table) based on an algorithm (number of races / achieved results / comparison with competitors / domestic or international event, etc.). A new driver automatically starts in the “Rookie” class. Each driver will be assigned their current SKC-SWS class at their first participation in an SKC-SWS race in the 2026 season, and will score points in that class for the remainder of the season.

SUPER SPRINT CUP Scoring

Each SKC-SUPER SPRINT CUP category scores points in the races separately, independently of the main SWS points, based on the final race positions.

RANKING AND SCORING

SUPER SPRINT CUP - points and compensation

At the end of the season, the 10 lowest results from the total SKC-SUPER SPRINT CUP points will be dropped (this includes 0-point results, e.g., for missing a race). After removing these results, the final ranking of drivers will be determined. In the event of a tie in points, higher placements in the counted races will decide the ranking.

Rewards for SUPER SPRINT CUP winners

The winners of each performance class (drivers placing 1st–3rd) will receive attractive prizes from the SLOVAKIA RING product portfolio, such as VIP event entry, a ride on the racing circuit, a safe driving course, and more.

SPRINT DAY CUP Scoring

Each SKC-SPRINT DAY CUP category scores points in the races separately, independently of the main SWS points, based on the final race positions.

RANKING AND SCORING

SPRINT DAY CUP - points and compensation

At the end of the season, the 10 lowest results from the total SKC-SUPER SPRINT CUP points will be dropped (this includes 0-point results, such as for missing a race). After removing these results, the final ranking of drivers will be determined. In case of a tie in points, higher placements in the counted races will decide the ranking.

Rewards for SPRINT DAY CUP winners

The winners of each performance class (drivers placing 1st–3rd) will receive attractive prizes from the SLOVAKIA RING product portfolio, such as VIP event entry, a ride on the racing circuit, a safe driving course, and more.

ENDURANCE CUP Scoring

Each SKC-ENDURANCE CUP category scores points in the races separately, independently of the main SWS points, based on the final race positions.

The team’s classification is determined by the higher category of a driver within the team.
(Example: a team consists of two drivers — one AM driver and one PRO driver. The team is automatically classified in the PRO category.)

RANKING AND SCORING

ENDURANCE CUP - points and compensation

At the end of the season, the worst result will be dropped from the total SKC-ENDURANCE CUP points (this also includes 0-point results, e.g., for missing a race). After removing this result, the final team standings will be determined. In case of a tie in points, higher placements in the counted races will decide, followed by better qualifying results in the counted races.

Rewards for ENDURANCE CUP winners

The winners of each performance class (drivers placing 1st–3rd) will receive attractive prizes from the SLOVAKIA RING product portfolio, such as VIP entry or event tickets, a ride on the racing circuit, a safe driving course, and more.
