AUTO STANDARD PLUS Course

The course is intended for experienced drivers who want to continue to improve and master more difficult driving maneuvers. It is ideal for graduates of the START and STANDARD courses.

The most comprehensive and extensive course. Its goal is to provide everything our area is able to offer. The course will perfectly prepare a driver to control his car and manage critical situations. It contains all the elements of the previous START and STANDARD courses.

The beginning of the course belongs to theoretical part, in which braking distances at different speeds on mixed surfaces and types of tires and their impact on safety are discussed in more detail. You will also learn how to position yourself in a car seat and how to hold the steering wheel correctly. Theoretical basics of mastering all types of skids, including aquaplanning will be covered as well.

During practise we deal with critical situations that are more difficult. One of the simulations is e.g. oversteer with greater intensity. During the induced skid, other obstacles are added in random order, which our participants learn to avoid. This course is technically more demanding, therefore it is important that the participants' vehicles are in 100% technical condition with a tire tread depth at least 4mm.

To complete the STANDARD PLUS course, it is not necessary to attend previous courses, although we always recommend it.

In the final phase of the course, the instructor will summarise what was covered, the drivers will express their opinions and a certificate of completion of the safe driving course will be handed out.
