Pre-season testing SMF – April 9, 2026

The Road Racing Motorcycle Sports Commission (SMF), in cooperation with the SLOVAKIA RING circuit, is organizing the traditional pre-season testing for racers again in 2026. For holders of annual CPM SMF sports licenses, the testing is free of charge. However, racers with CAMS and AČR licenses can also participate, for whom the organizers have prepared riding sessions at a price of 90 euros.

Conditions

A condition for participating in the testing free of charge for SMF riders, or for a fee of €90 for CAMS and AČR riders, is that participants must hold a valid annual sports license from the respective federations (a B license is also acceptable). At the SLOVAKIA RING, racers must bring their annual license with them, and Czech riders must also provide proof of the required insurance for that day. If you do not yet have an SMF license, you can still arrange it before the testing via this link: www.smf.sk/licencie-smf

Online registration

– Participation in the event requires mandatory registration (applies to SMF, CAMS, and AČR riders) via the following form no later than Monday, April 6, 2026, by 23:59! The entry fee must also be credited to the organizer’s account by the same date (April 6). Late registration or payment on-site will be charged at €120.

The registration form will appear after clicking here… (you will also find additional information there)

– In the form, the rider selects whether they are licensed or not and chooses a group based on lap times achieved at the SLOVAKIA RING.

What awaits you

– During the lunch break, a riders’ briefing will take place in the VIP area (above the pits). This briefing is mandatory for new holders of an SMF sports license, but it is also recommended for all other participants.

– Throughout the day, members of the CPM SMF Sports Commission, together with the technical commissioner, will be available to answer any questions.

– On-site, it will be possible to test vintage category motorcycles for the issuance of a sports motorcycle certificate. Only motorcycles with a valid sports motorcycle certificate will have their registration extended. An application form will be available on site, but it is necessary to bring 3 photos of the motorcycle (size 9×6 cm, left side, right side, and a third photo of choice) and, if available, also documents proving ownership of the sports motorcycle.

– The riding schedule will be prepared on-site based on the number of registered riders. Riding will take place from 9:00 to 18:00.
