SLOVAKIA RING awaits a motorsport festival!

Orechová Potôň, August, 15, 2025 – The most significant circuit racing event in Slovakia is coming to the SLOVAKIA RING for the 16th time! The OMV MaxxMotion Grand Prix of the Slovak Republic – touring car races – will take place on August 23-24, 2025, and will offer an exceptionally rich sports program with attractive side events for the whole family.

On the 5,922-meter track, a wide range of racing categories and cars will be featured – from top-tier GT3 machines like the Ferrari 458 GT3, Porsche 911 GT3, Audi R8 GT3, BMW M4 GT3, to exotic prototypes of Division D5. The battles in Division D4 are among the most thrilling, thanks to a tightly packed starting grid and a powerful sound experience.

What can spectators look forward to?

TCR Eastern Europe – the penultimate event of the popular touring car series promises intense battles.

D4 Sprint – up to 26 top-tier vehicles worth coming to see. The biggest names from Slovakia, Czech Republic, Poland, and beyond won’t be missing: Maťo Homola in a KTM X-BOW, Štefan Rosina in a Lamborghini Huracán GT3 EVO, with Filip Sládečka also starting in the same “Lambo” for ARC Bratislava. Miro Konôpka (ARC Bratislava) will take the wheel of a Ligier LMP3 prototype, experienced Zdeno Mikuláško (also ARC Bratislava) will race with a Lamborghini Huracán GT3 EVO, Czech legend and touring car champion Petr Fulín in an Audi R8 GT3 LMS, and Polish legend Stanislaw Jedlinski in a Ferrari 296 GT3.

D4/GT Endurance – endurance races that will test the resilience of teams and machinery. Up to 22 cars, mostly the same as in GT Sprint, will line up at the start. We’ll also see our own Ríšo Gonda in a BMW M4 GT3.

FIA Swift Cup Europe & Twingo Cup – sharp and fun races of identical cars with contact in every corner.

Formula 4 (F4) – young talents in action, including a protégé of legendary F1 driver Jean Alesi.

A full family program

The event will bring a rich side program for all age groups. On Saturday, spectators can look forward to a flyover by an L-39 Albatros aircraft.

Children's pedal car races thanks to unique originals from Slovak Pedal Cars will take place on Saturday at 13:15 and on Sunday at 12:10.

Rides for kids in rally car with co-driver pedals – one of the most authentic racing experiences.

Go-karts for the public – our Slovak Karting Center ranks among Europe’s best and will be open to visitors all weekend.

The Malkia Park Animal Sanctuary – one of the most visited attractions year-round next to the circuit.

Military museum – classics of the Czechoslovak socialist army connected to an off-road training ground.

Driver autograph sessions – Saturday at 12:30 and Sunday at 11:30.

An exhibition of luxury and sports cars including Porsche, the OMV Kids Zone, children’s attractions, and a vintage car gathering on Sunday await you.
