Rallycross at the SLOVAKIA RING already this weekend
Orechová Potôň, October 16, 2024 - The last major motorsport event at the SLOVAKIA RING in its 15th anniversary year is coming on October 18-20: OMV MaxxMotion FIA CEZ Rallycross 2024 is here.
The FIA Central European Rallycross Trophy features races full of bumper-to-bumper battles. The event takes place on a mixed surface of asphalt and gravel. Short, thrilling laps and unpredictable 'Joker lap' have entertained spectators since 2015.
A total of 168 competitors are registered in cars from various classes and three national championships: Slovakia, Czech Republic and Hungary.
The packed program includes free practice sessions, a series of heats (4 laps each), and later semifinals and finals (6 laps each). Dust, gravel, changing grip from asphalt to gravel, full-throttle driving, and just a few short laps create an exciting mix for both racers and fans.
