Prix of Slovakia 2026 changes its date; it will take place a week earlier

Orechova Poton, May 15, 2026 – The traditional event Prix of Slovakia, which was originally scheduled to take place on July 10–12, will ultimately be held a week earlier, on July 3–5.

The Sports Commission of CPM SMF, in agreement with the organizer, announces that the date of the Prix of Slovakia – International Championship of the Slovak Republic and Slovak Republic Championship in road motorcycle racing on natural circuits, together with the Alpe Adria Championship, International Championship of the Slovak Republic Vintage RR, and Ducati Cup – is being moved one week earlier. The new event date is July 3–5, 2026.

On Thursday, July 2, 2026, there will also be an opportunity for full-day testing at the circuit.

Further information about the event will be published in the supplementary regulations in the coming days.

Thanks to this change, the original scheduling conflict with the Alpe Adria championship races has been resolved, as those races were taking place on the same weekend as the originally planned Cena Slovenska event.

The original date for Cena Slovenska was the same as last year, but the Alpe Adria race in Brno was moved one week later, which created the conflict mentioned above. In the end, the management of Slovakia Ring successfully resolved the issue and invites all motorcycle sport fans to attend Cena Slovenska, which has been part of the racing calendar of Slovakia’s only permanent racing circuit since its opening in 2010.

Tickets purchased for the event’s original dates remain valid.

More information about the event can be found on the official website of Slovakia Ring.
