24H KARTING RACE OF SLOVAKIA 2025
Orechová Potôň, September 9, 2025 - The biggest endurance go-kart racing event of the SWS (Sodi World Series), with 58 teams participating, has its winners. After 24 hours of intense competition, the three-member team PF Racing from Germany came out on top and takes home the victory, followed by the EIRIZ PRO team from Switzerland in second place and the RED RACING team from Italy in third.
During the weekend of September 27–28, 244 drivers from 18 European countries gathered at the go-kart track at SLOVAKIA RING to test their strength in a 24-hour endurance race on identical Sodi brand go-karts. A total of 58 karts lined up for the start of the fourth edition of the 24-hour race, and exactly at 12:00 noon on Saturday, the race began with drivers determined to compete against each other, the weather, and ultimately themselves.
The winning three-member team in the PRO category, consisting of Dennis Höller, Christian Douven, and Niklas Krüger, completed 1,154 laps, which translates to over 1,330 km. Over the 24 hours, they made the mandatory 30 pit stops for kart changes and driver swaps. On the track, they faced not only fierce battles with other teams but also with fatigue and a brief rain shower.
A total of six Slovak teams joined the fight for valuable points in the overall SODI race classification. The most successful of them, finishing 15th overall, was the four-member team YOUNG & WILD, made up of Simon Suchovský from Slovakia, Zdeněk Ošťádal from the Czech Republic, Ludo Bayeux from France, and Leon Schmied from Austria.
In the GOLD category, the best performance came from the Ukrainian team BOSTON RACERS, followed by the German team ERT BY KCG, and RAMUS from Bulgaria in third place.
In the SILVER category, the Ukrainian team LED BUY CAR took the win. Second place went to the K365 SILVER team from Hungary, and third was the Hungarian Endurance Racing Team.
The promoter and co-organizer of the event was the Bulgarian team Karting Events Bulgaria, which has many years of experience organizing similar races across Europe. The race was run on identical SODI SR4 go-karts with 13 hp engines, designed for public rental use.
SWS Races
Sodi World Series races are among the largest public karting competitions in the world. They are organized in over 200 countries, and anyone can take part—just register for local races held in individual countries and karting centers that operate SODI kart rentals. It’s considered the simplest and most affordable form of racing, as the races are held on standard rental go-karts available to the public.
This past 24-hour SWS race was already the third endurance event at the go-kart track at SLOVAKIA RING, and the second endurance race of the year in Europe.
