About Academy

Kids Academy is intended for children from 7-10 years old (minimum height is 130cm). At the academy, children get to know SODI LR5 - Honda GX200 6hp go-kart for kids, on which they will develop their karting skills. In a non-violent and especially playful way, they will gradually become familiar with the basic rules of go-kart driving as well as with safety flag signals on the track, so that after graduating the academy they will be able to use all of the information and experience gained to improve their go-kart driving.

The Academy is also focusing on improving reflexes, balance and condition. After completing "MINI RACE" basic academy, children can move to the extension part called "KADET RACE," where they improve their driving skills with a greater emphasis on delivering balanced driving performance and with a focus on racing pace and strategies.

During this extension part more attention is being paid to flag signals and the basic rules during a race.

Both parts of the Academy take place under the eye of experienced professional instructors.

MINI RACE

  • The length of time required to complete the Academy: 6 lessons/ lesson duration: 1,5 hours (30min theory + 60min practical part)
  • Price: 330,- Euro ( 55,- Euro/ lesson )
  • Times and Dates *: every Monday: 17:00-18:30

KADET RACE

  • The length of time required to complete the Academy: 6 lessons/ lesson duration: 1,5 hours (30min theory + 60min practical part)
  • Price: 330,- Euro ( 55,- Euro/ lesson )
  • Times and Dates *: every Tuesday: 7:00-18:30
  • After completion of MINI RACE Academy

*Akadémia sa koná aj počas nepriaznivého počasia v priestoroch SLOVAK KARTING CENTER.

Spustenie akadémie

V závislosti od dopytu, aktuálnej pandemickej situácie a vládnych nariadení. Predpokladaný termín spustenia prvých termínov je prelom apríl/máj 2021.

Stačí poslať email (meno, priezvisko a vek dieťaťa a telefonický kontakt na zákonného zástupcu) na adresu: karting@slovakiaring.sk. Následne Vám budú zaslané všetky potrebné informácie.
